- The cost per exam for students who are eligible for the Free-Reduced Lunch program is still PENDING from the state. We are hopeful that they will be approved. Fee Reduction eligible students will be required to submit the $40 per exam deposit. If the state approves subsidies, and when it is confirmed the student has taken the exam, the student will receive a $TBD partial refund per exam automatically after exams.
- NO Payments will be processed/accepted between November 6 and November 15. See below for late ordering information. Late ordering will be possible beginning November 16, 2026.

4. Adding an exam: Students who would like to add an exam after they receive their invoice may contact the APTS help desk at info@aptsusa.com to do so. An updated invoice will be issued. (We recommend contacting APTS at least 48-hrs prior to the deadline for adjustments.) You also need to add the exam by obtaining the Join Code to add the test to their MyAP account. Activations/adds as of November 16, 2026 will incur a $40 per exam late add fee. No exams will be added after February 12, 2027. See below for more info on late ordering.
5. Fee Reductions: The cost per exam for students who are eligible for the Free-Reduced Lunch program is reduced typically through state subsidies. We’re hopeful that the State of Michigan will vote for subsidies again this year. Fee Reduction eligible students will still be required to submit the $40 per exam deposit by November 5, 2026. If subsidies are approved, and when it is confirmed the student has taken the exam, the student will receive a $TBD partial refund per exam automatically (in June.) If a student’s status changes to Free-Reduced or if the exam price reduction is not applied to your January balance due invoice, please contact your school site AP Coordinator to request an update of your status on the College Board MyAP system. (See below for contact information for your campus.)
