Students and Families enrolled on College Station Independent School District (TX) can submit fees here for the 2027 AP® Exam Administration.

Deadlines and Procedures for May 2027 Exams:
STEP 1: Submit exam FEES – Click on the link for your campus below and submit a $40 non-refundable deposit. For courses that start in the Fall, exam deposits are due by November 4, 2026. For courses that start in the Spring, exam fees are due by March 3, 2027.
STEP 2: Activate your exam – (Done usually in class by students during the first weeks of school) Log into the College Board MyAP site at http://myap.collegeboard.org using your College Board profile and apply the ‘Join Code’ (access code) you receive from your teacher for each of your AP subjects. (See FAQs for details). Activate the exam by Clicking “Register for Exam.” Deadline to activate your exam for courses corresponding to Fall is November 4, 2026. Deadline to activate your exam for courses corresponding to Spring is March 3, 2027.
*Step 1 and 2 can be done in either order!
STEP 3: Pay your BALANCE DUE by March 3 – Families will receive in December a digital invoice via email from APTS for any applicable balance of fees due for exams ordered by the November 4, 2026 deadline. Balance of any applicable fees must be paid in full by March 3, 2026 for all students to ensure eligibility to sit for the May 2027 exams.

- Spring Courses: January 5, 2027 through March 3, 2027 (Midnight CST)
1.The cost per exam is $105. ($40 deposit per exam due by November 4, 2026 and the balance due by March 3, 2027.)
2. Exam registration for 2027 AP® exams requires three steps:
Step 1: Click on deposit submission button below for your campus and submit a $40 deposit. For courses that start in the Fall, exam deposits are due by November 4, 2026.
Students enrolled in Spring semester AP® Courses may submit deposits for these exams in the Fall but are not required to do so at that time. Penalty free fee submission is available until March 3, 2027 for students in Spring semester AP® courses.
To submit the deposit, complete the deposit form at the link below and submit deposit fees. Deposit submission may be done via credit card or debit card, OR by mailing in a check or money order. There will be an online payment fee of 3.9% for payments submitted by credit or debit card. Directions for payment can be found at the end of the online deposit form and in your parent e-mail confirmation. Postmark deadlines apply.
Failure to submit deposits by November 4, 2026 will mean the exam will NOT be ordered.
Step 2: Activation of your exam on the College Board MyAP site AND submission of exam fees. (See FAQs for more information on the MyAP activation process.) by November 4, 2026 (Midnight CST).
Students enrolled in AP® courses that COMMENCE in the Spring will have the opportunity to activate their AP® Exams without penalty between January 5, 2027 through March 3, 2027 (Midnight CST).
Step 3: Pay your balance due byMarch 3, 2027.
Students with an active exam order by November 4 will receive an invoice in December at the parent email address on their deposit record for any applicable balance due.
3. Fee reductions are possible for qualifying students. All students will submit a minimum deposit of $40 per exam. If a student is approved for a Fee Reduction by CSISD, their balance due will be adjusted on their December invoice. If you receive an invoice with a balance due and you feel you may qualify for a fee reduction, please contact your school’s exam coordinator to check your status.
4. Late Registration: Late registration with a penalty fee of $40 per exam will be available from November 16, 2026 until March 3, 2026 by clicking on the payment submission link for your campus below. SPRING registration does not have late registration period/option. Once the deposit and late fees have been paid, the applicable balance due will be added to the student’s invoice and the exam activated in MyAP by the campus coordinator.
5. Cancellations and refunds: Students who have submitted an exam order (and deposit) and decide to cancel before November 4, 2026, will be able to recover their $40 deposit.
Students who have submitted an exam order and deposit and decide to cancel after November 4, 2026 and before 11:59pm CST April 1, 2027, will forfeit their deposit to cover the College Board cancellation penalty fee.**
Students who have submitted an exam order and paid the balance due and decide to cancel after November 4, 2026 and before 11:59pm CST April 1, 2027, will forfeit their deposit to cover the College Board cancellation penalty fee, and will receive a refund of $60.
Students who qualified for a reduced rate on their exams will not be eligible for a refund if they cancel.
To cancel an exam, email cancel@aptsusa.com and include: your name, name of your school, and title of the exam to cancel. Any refund will be processed back to the method of payment. Cancellation requests submitted after April 1, 2027 and no-shows on exam day are not eligible for any refund. Debit/credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
** Students who are enrolled in SPRING semester AP Gov/Econ classes MAY submit a deposit for these courses by November 4, and will be eligible to receive that deposit (and only this deposit) back through March 3, 2027 (for example, if they drop that course.).
6. Exam Locations: Exam Locations will be announced closer to the exam date by your campus of attendance.
