PROCEDURES AND DEADLINES:
Step 1: Activate Exam – Students must join their AP® Class accounts on https://myap.collegeboard.org . To access the site, create or log in to a College Board Profile, then apply the class Join Code to activate the exam. Deadline is October 31, 2025.
Step 2: Submit Exam Fees – Click the link below to submit exam fees. Deadline is October 31, 2025. Review the information below for more details.
General Information:
- Registration Period: Registration for the May 2026 AP® Exams opens on September 9, 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on October 31, 2025.
- Late registration is available from November 28, 2025 to March 6, 2026, with a $40 late fee per exam.
- MyAP Account Requirement:
- All students must log in to http://myap.collegeboard.org using their College Board account and join their AP course(s) using a teacher-provided JOIN CODE.
- This step is required even if you are not taking the AP Exam.
- Students planning to take the exam must also complete or update their MyAP Registration Profile.
- Exam Fees:
- Albuquerque Academy students: $105 per exam
- Non-Albuquerque Academy students: $120 per exam
- Fee waivers are available for eligible students. Contact becenti@aa.edu for details.
- Payment Instructions:
- All exam takers must complete the online payment form at the link below, which accepts credit/debit cards or mail-in payments.
- Online payments will include a 3.9% processing fee.
- To pay by check or money order, complete the form online and follow the instructions to mail your payment.
- Postmark deadline for mailed payments: October 27, 2025
- Note: Both exam activation on MyAP and fee payment are required by the deadline. Incomplete registrations will not result in an exam order.
- Late Registration & Payment:
- Late ordering and payment: November 28, 2025 – March 6, 2026
- $40 late fee per exam applies.
- No exam orders will be accepted after March 6, 2026.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for canceled or unused exams.
