Sample School Registration Policies
THIS IS SAMPLE INFORMATION ONLY
1. Advanced Placement (AP®) Examinations must be paid for and ordered in advance. REGISTRATION FOR MAY 2013 ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP®) EXAMINATIONS RUNS UNTIL MARCH 9 AND IS $95 PER EXAM. From March 10th, late registration will be possible through March 23, with a late registration fee of $30 added to the price of each exam.
2. All exams must be pre-paid and pre-ordered via the online system, which accepts credit card payments. To submit an order using check or money order, please complete the order online and follow the directions to mail your order form and payment to the address on your confirmation ticket.
3. Information regarding testing rooms and locations will be released closer to the exam administration.
4. If registering for two exams scheduled for the exact same time and date, please contact info@aptsusa.com for assistance.

Registration Error / Change
If a student inadvertently registers for the wrong test, they must contact APTS no later than April 11, 2013. If a student registers for a wrong test, the fee may be applied to the correct test. There will however, be an additional $25 fee to cover the cost of returning the wrong AP® exam.
Refunds
There will be no refunds issued for AP exams after March 23. A $25 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of returning the AP® exam. To request a refund, email info@aptsusa.com and include your name (student’s name), student ID number, school of enrollment, and the name of the exam that you want to cancel.
