Families and students enrolled at Rochambeau, The French International School can register here for the 2023 PSAT/NMSQT® exam to be administered during school hours on October 4, 2023.

1. Registration & Fees
Students must register for the 2023 PSAT/NMSQT® exam on or before August 21, 2023 (midnight EST). Registration opens August 4, 2023.
The exam will be administered at the Rochambeau school on October 4, 2023 during school hours.
The cost for each exam is $25.
No late registration is possible.
Fees are payable online with a debit or credit card or via mail in (check or money order). A 3.1% credit card processing fee is added to the cost of the exam for payments with a debit or credit card. Mail in instructions will be provided at check out. Mail in payments must be postmarked on or before August 16 to ensure timely processing.
2. Why take the PSAT/NMSQT® exam?
The PSAT/NMSQT® (Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) is a shorter version of the College Board’s SAT®. The PSAT® measures verbal, mathematical, and writing abilities important to success in university and provides practice for taking the SAT® later in première. The PSAT® can be used to predict performance on the SAT. The PSAT® is not used in US university admission; scores will be sent only to the student and to the school.
3. When are scores released?
PSAT® results are usually sent to schools in late December and then are released to students via College Board’s online system soon after.
4. Can I cancel my exam and receive a refund?
No – Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
5. How do I prepare for the exam?
