WELCOME TO OLP’S AP® EXAM REGISTRATION
Families and students enrolled at the Academy of Our Lady of Peace may register here for the 2023-2024 Advanced Placement (AP®) exam administration.
Please read all information carefully before making your selections.
Deadlines and Procedures:
Step 1: Activate Exam – By now all AP students should have joined their AP class section(s) through MyAP. This was completed in class with your AP teacher in early September. For any students who have not joined, please contact Ms. Meza at jmeza@aolp.org. This step should be completed before paying for your AP exams.
Step 2: Submit Exam Fee – To take an AP exam in May 2024, exam fees must be submitted between October 1 and October 31, 2023 by clicking the ORANGE link below and completing the payment form.

- The window to pay for your AP Exams is from October 1-31, 2023
- The cost of each AP Exam is $102 ($148 for AP Capstone exams)
- Fee payments can be submitted online via credit and debit card payments or by mailing in a check or money order to APTS (Instructions on confirmation). Postmark deadline for timely processing is October 25, 2023.
- Due to space constraints, only students currently enrolled in that AP Class at AOLP may register for the exam.

Other Considerations:
LATE REGISTRATION: Exams for which a corresponding payment is not on file by end of day October 31, 2023 will not be ordered from the College Board and will be deactivated in the MyAP system. Students who change their minds and later would like to reinstate an exam or add an exam to their order, can submit a late registration by submitting exam fees with a $40 per exam penalty fee. Late Registration is available at the payment link below from November 16, 2023 to March 10, 2024.
REFUND POLICY: Students who register for an exam but decide to cancel must do so by 11:59pm on October 31, 2023 to receive a full refund of the exam fees. (Credit card and debit card fees are non-refundable.)The cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to cancel@aptsusa.com and include the student’s name, the Academy of Our Lady of Peace’s name, and the title of the exam the student wishes to cancel. Any exam cancellation requests submitted after October 31, 2023 and before 11:59pm on March 29, 2024 will receive a partial refund. (A $45 College Board cancellation penalty fee and processing fee will be retained per exam.) Credit card fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be processed after March 29, 2024.
FEE REDUCTION POLICY: If you believe your family may qualify for a reduced AP Exam, please complete this AOLP Google form to let AOLP know more about your financial situation and apply for an AP exam fee reduction. Once the form is complete, AOLP AP coordiantor will conduct a verification process which may take several days. Students who qualify for a fee reduction will be emailed a discount code by the coordintor to apply to the online payment form which will automatically adjust the total fee due per exam. EXTENDED TIME ELIGIBILITY: Only SAS students who have been previously approved for College Board Special Accommodations may take AP exams with extended time or other accommodations. Contact M. Lugn at alugn@aolp.org if you need assistance. Deadline to apply for NEW accommodations is January 18, 2024.
SPRING AP US Government: Students enrolled in the SPRING semester AP US Government which commence in January, MAY submit fees in the Fall but it is not required NOR recommended. The students in these courses which commences in January, and ONLY these students, will be able to submit the exam fee AND activate the exam on MyAP without penalty fees between February 1 and February 29, 2024.
Other: Special Information regarding AP® Computer Science Principles and AP® Seminar/Research: Note that per College Board regulations, students who have not submitted the in-course assessment, may NOT sit for the AP® Computer Science Principles or AP® Seminar exam and will not be eligible for any refund.
