Advanced Placement (AP®) Exam payment information and policies are posted below. Please read through this information carefully.

1. The cost per exam is $94 for students enrolled at the High School for Environmental Studies. Students will be invoiced for their exam fees via email.
The payment must by submitted by May 15, 2020.
2. Students will receive on April 18, 2020 via the student email address listed on their College Board MyAP Accounts a personalized digital invoice for the exams corresponding to their active AP Exams.
Payment can be submitted online via a credit or debit card by clicking on the live “Pay Now” link in the invoice email or by mailing a check or money order (directions included in the invoice email for mailing in payment.)
Postmark deadline for payment is May 11, 2020 to ensure timely processing.
A 3% credit card processing fee is added to the price of the exam for online payments. There is no processing fee for mailing in your payment. (Instructions for mail in provided in the invoice email.)

3. Students eligible for Reduced fee on their exams will see the reduction applied to the personalized invoice that they receive. Eligible students will automatically have their examination fees reduced to $53 per AP exam.
4. Students choosing to cancel their AP Exams may do so by emailing cancel@aptsusa.com through May 10, 2020 – if applicable, an updated invoice for the remaining exams with balance due will be issued within 24-hrs. To cancel an exam, email cancel@aptsusa.com and include the student name, the AP Invoice Number, and the TITLE of the exam to cancel.
Due to the extended school closures surrounding COVID-19, any student who doesn’t take a May 2020 exam, will not be charged any cancellation fee by the College Board and will be eligible for a refund that will be processed in June.
